the MVC story
from day one we have given ourselves to "being a living expression of God's love and passion for people." MVC started in March 1991, in the cafeteria of North Frederick Elementary School, with a heart for people who were spiritually hurting or lost, who had never spent much time in church or who had drifted away. In February 2003, we worshipped in our own building for the first time.
